BIOGRAPHY

Larry focuses on off-market acquisitions and dispositions and development of investment properties. He provides services to private equity, property syndicators and developers with an area of focus that includes multifamily, mixed use, self storage, single family rentals and land. 

Larry is a licensed real estate broker in the State of North Carolina and largely facilitates property purchases and sales throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Texas. He serves on his 400 acre HOA board of directors and is also the founding Chairman and board member of the Reisenbach Philanthropies - a more than 30 year-old not-for-profit organization dedicated to making New York City a safer and better place to live and work.
